Haven is one of the Battle Pass characters in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, and players can unlock a variety of masks for her to wear.
Similar to Toona Fish from Chapter 2 Season 8, Battle Pass owners can unlock the customizable Haven. While you can’t change the color of her limbs, you can equip different stylized masks.
However, you first have to unlock these masks and then purchase them with feathers. This guide will teach you where to find feathers and what you need to do to unlock every mask.
Where to find Feathers in Fortnite Chapter 3
Feathers are a type of currency akin to that of last season’s Rainbow Ink. It’s relatively easy to fund, but players will need a lot of it to unlock all of Haven’s masks. Players will need 440 feathers in total to unlock every Haven mask.
You can earn 1 Feather for every chest you open. This means players will have to open more than 400 chests if they want to unlock every mask. But players have plenty of time to do so before the season ends.
All Haven Mask challenges
However, you can’t spend feathers before you complete the tasks required to unlock masks. Below is a list of all the Haven masks and what players need to do to unlock them.

Fortnite Vaults are the easiest way to get kitted with rare loot, and here is every Vault location in Chapter 3 Season 2.

Vaults are the easiest way for full squads to get kitted with good loot, and here is every Vault location in Fortnite.
Fortnite first introduced Vaults during Chapter 2 Season 2. However, they worked a lot differently than they do now.
Players would have to beat a boss in the area that would drop a key card. That card would then need to be taken to the vault door for it to open.
Now, all a player needs to do is approach a vault with the required number of players. No keys are required; just teammates, NPCs, or chickens. Here are all of the Vault locations in Fortnite Season 2.
All Vault locations in Fortnite
There are eight Vaults in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2. Each one is located underground and requires a group of players present to open.
When approaching a Vault, a hologram will appear showing how many players are needed to open it. This usually correlates with the mode you’re playing. Duos needs 2 players, Trios needs 3 players, and Squads needs 4.
Additionally, players can use hireable NPCs or animals to substitute players. Once the required number is present, a button can be pressed to open the Vault.
Each Vault has a wide variety of high-level loot, healing items, and ammo. Luckily, they are all located at Landmarks that aren’t usually highly contested. The map below shows the exact location of all eight Vaults.
If you’re playing Duos, Trios, or Squads, it may be best to land at one of the landmarks with a Vault. They open quickly and you won’t have to worry about trying to find good loot early on.
The Landmarks with Vaults are as follows:
- Seven Outpost I, II, III, IV, V, VI
- Dispatch Depot
- Command Cavern

Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 has a few ways to upgrade weapons. Here’s where to find the Fortnite upgrade benches and vending machines.

Upgrade Benches and Vending Machines are the main means of getting better weapons in Fortnite. Here’s how to upgrade weapons in Fortnite Chapter 3.
Fortnite Chapter 3 introduces an entirely new map which means new Upgrade Bench locations. While players can’t run to NPCs and get cheap and instant upgrades, it’s still possible to power up your gear.
From Weapon Upgrade Benches to Vending Machines, players can spend hard-earned bars to bump their weapons up a level.
Whatever you choose, this guide will help you figure out how to upgrade weapons in Fortnite Chapter 3.
Upgrade Benches Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
The quickest but most expensive way to upgrade weapons is by using Fortnite Upgrade Benches. The Upgrade Bench is also the most reliable way to upgrade weapons in Fortnite Chapter 3.

Using an upgrade bench instantly bumps up the rarity of a weapon, but it comes at a cost. Players will have to spend hundreds of bars each time they want to upgrade their weapons. However, you just can’t beat the power of an upgrade bench.
Here is how much each upgrade costs while using a Fortnite Upgrade Bench:
- Common (grey) -> Uncommon (green) = 200 bars
- Uncommon (green) -> Rare (blue) = 300 bars
- Rare (blue) -> Epic (purple) = 400 bars
- Epic (purple) -> Legendary (orange) = 500 bars
The Fortnite.gg map below shows all of the Fortnite Upgrade Bench locations. In Chapter 3, there are 21 different Upgrade Bench locations. No matter where the next Storm Circle is headed, there’s usually a Fortnite Upgrade Bench nearby.
Vending Machines in Fortnite Chapter 3
The second way to “upgrade” weapons is by purchasing a better one from a Vending Machine. These are a much cheaper alternative to upgrading weapons, however, they aren’t as reliable.
This is because players won’t know what weapons a vending machine carries until they get to them. However, they can carry any rarity of weapons from Uncommon (green) to Legendary (gold).
Weapons from a Vending Machine cost 50 Gold Bars. This is a massive discount compared to the 300 bars it takes to upgrade a weapon from green to blue.
Below is a map that shows all of the Vending Machine Locations in Fortnite Chapter 3.
Chapter 3 removed crafting, sidegrading, and sideways weapons. So while there aren’t as many upgrade methods as before, these methods are far more reliable.

Players can vote for either the MK-Seven or the Combat Assault Rifle to stay in Fortnite starting on April 5, and here is how!

The first round of weapon voting in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 is about to begin. Here are all the details regarding the MK-Seven vs Combat Assault Rifle vote.
Fortnite introduced Funding Stations in Chapter 2 Season 8. These are billboards placed around the map that players can donate to using gold bars.
There are two types of Funding Stations. One has a set goal of gold bars. Once that goal is met, whatever the players funded will permanently appear in that spot. The second is a voting booth that requires players to donate to whatever weapon or item they favor. Whichever item reaches its goal first is put in the game.
Chapter 3 Season 2 sees the return of voting with the first round being between the MK-Seven and Combat Assault Rifles. The voting starts on April 5, and here is how you can vote.
How to vote for the MK-Seven vs Combat Assault Rifle
Whenever voting begins on April 5, players can vote for either the MK-Seven or the Combat Assault rifle. To vote, players must approach specific Funding Stations and choose which weapon to donate gold bars too.
Unlike the Battle Bus Funding Stations, every voting station around the map will display the same amount of progress. You can donate a minimum of 50 gold bars at a time to support whichever weapon you prefer.
Whichever weapon reaches 100% of its goal first will immediately be unvaulted. The goal for each weapon will likely be in the millions of gold bars meaning it will take some time to reach.
Where to find MK-Seven Funding Stations
Until the voting begins, we won’t know exactly where the Fortnite Funding Stations will be located. However, there will likely be at least one Funding Station in each major POI.
Whenever the stations are activated, we will update this portion of the guide with a map showing their exact locations. Remember, voting begins on April 5 and ends when one of the weapons meets its goal.
