Uz:ME (pronounced U-Zu-Me) is a new musical unit formed by voice actress Rie Tanaka (Lacus Clyne in Mobile Suit Gundam Seed, Suigintou in Rozen Maiden) and two Swedish rock musicians, Patrik Leonheart and Simon Andante. Following their internationally well-received debut song “SEARCHLIGHT” in February, they released their second digital single song “Namae mo Nai Kanjou” (Emotions that don’t even have a name) on August 19 and posted the song’s mesmerizing music video on YouTube.
Their new was composed by Simon, while its lyrics were written by EHAMIC, who is known for his appearance in the TV commercial “Google Chrome x Hatsune Miku” and the image song of LAWSON. Different from their debut single, which was a fusion of heavy metal sound and J-POP, it is a laid-back dance number.
