Promising review: “Ok, so here is the real deal. I bought a very expensive mattress without ever testing it. From the day I got it, it was too soft, too cushiony, and made my back ache. I’m not sure why I suffered through three years of this, but I was really skeptical about these gel mattresses. So, mine arrived, and I actually threw it on the bed about three hours later after I opened it up and aired it out. The faint smell went away after I sprayed with Lysol. The first night I slept on it, I woke up in the morning, and I had zero pain or aches! I figured maybe it was just beginner’s luck, and it was comfortable, so I’m still skeptical. The second night — same thing — woke up with zero pain. I was waking up not being able to stand up straight; everything was hurting, my neck, my back, my shoulders.
