Hulu has renewed its adult animated comedy series “Solar Opposites” for a fifth season.
The order is surprising as it comes just three months after the third season ended and the fourth isn’t slated to debut until well into 2023. The series has aired several holiday specials though, most recently “Sinister Halloween Scary Opposites Solar Special” which hit last week.
That’s not the only renewal announcement today as a panel for Amazon Prime’s “The Legend of Vox Machina” at New York Comic-Con earlier today showed off an exclusive first-look clip of the second season ahead of its January premiere, and confirmed a third season is on the way.
The series premiered earlier this year and reintroduced everyone to Vox Machina, the ragtag band of adventurers featured in the Dungeons & Dragons series’ first live-streamed campaign.
