Two schools were damaged in an overnight strike in Kharkiv, Ukraine, on July 15, according to Ukrainian officials. This footage shows damage sustained by a primary school in Kharkiv’s Industrial District. Oleg Synegubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, confirmed that there were no casualties from the strikes in a Telegram post. He also said there was “no military infrastructure” nearby to target. The clip from the footage shows a classroom blackboard that reads “Wednesday, the 23rd of February,” the day before the Russian invasion of Ukraine began.
