The official website of the Fumetsu no Anata e (To Your Eternity) television anime revealed three additional cast and a key visual (pictured) for the second season on Tuesday. The new season is scheduled to premiere on October 23 at 7:00 p.m. on NHK-E.

Hisame: Tomori Kusunoki (Deca-Dence)
Kahaku: Mitsuki Saiga (Drifters)
Bonchien: Takehito Koyasu (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu)
Kiyoko Sayama (Skip Beat!) is directing the series at animation studio Drive, replacing Masahiko Murata at Brain’s Base from the first season.
Shinzou Fujita (Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii) is handling the series composition, Koji Yabuno (Uchuu Kyoudai) is designing the characters, and Ryou Kawasaki (Shoukoku no Altair) is composing the music.
The first season aired in 20 episodes in Spring 2021. Crunchyroll simulcast the anime with subtitles as it aired in Japan.
Fumetsu no Anata e adapts Yoshitoki Ooima‘s supernatural fantasy manga, which began serialization in Weekly Shounen Magazine in November 2016. Kodansha will ship the 18th volume on September 16. Kodansha USA licensed the manga in English in January 2017 and published the 17th volume on July 26.
