This week’s New Music Friday highlights Chief Keef’s Finally Rich, French Montana’s “Morocco,” Tyga’s “Nasty,” and more. Additionally, Birdman and Juvenile also teamed up to release a new single, ”Ali.”
Chief Keef – Finally Rich (Complete Edition)
Chief Keef is loved and respected in the rap game for his experimentation, sound and many contributions to the culture. The “Sosa” artist has finally released the complete edition of Finally Rich.
The 22-song album features multiple artists like Wiz Khalifa, 50 Cent, and Rick Ross and contains seven previously unreleased songs like “Bang Bang” and “Spread The Word.”
French Montana has caught the FIFA World Cup fever and some of that nationalistic fervor. The French Moroccan jumped into the studio to cook up lyrics for a song titled “Morocco” in honor of his home and recognition of the team’s achievement, becoming the first African nation to make it to the semi-finals of the global game.
Young Dolph – Paper Route Frank
Young Dolph may be dead, but his legacy still reigns. The estate of the late Memphis rapper has now churned out his first posthumous work, Paper Route Frank.
Paper Route Frank is a 13-song album featuring Young Dolph’s cousin, frequent collaborator, Key Glock, and trap king Gunna.
J.A.G – Ali
“Ali” is a collaborative effort by two old heads in the game, Juvenile and Birdman. The duo came together as J.A.G. to pay tribute to the arguably best boxer that ever lived, Muhhamed Ali.
