‘Game of Thrones’ is a world-famous TV series by HBO, which is made based on the book ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ by George RR Martin. On the other hand, a spin-off prequel series titled ‘House of Dragon’ based on the House Targaryen is awaiting release on HBO later this year.
Now, the latest Hollywood media reports suggest that a spin-off series centred on the popular character Jon Snow is currently in development. This show will be a sequel to the Game of Thrones and it is set directly after the GOT finale. Kit Harington will reprise the role in the upcoming series.
The actor was twice nominated for an Emmy for his portrayal of an action hero who struggles to uphold his family’s noble values in a brutal world. In Game of Thrones, Jon Snow discovered his true name was Aegon Targaryen, a potential heir to the Iron Throne. In the series finale, he journeyed North of the Wall with the Wildlings to leave his old life behind.
