Monday is expected to reach 24 C with a low of 12 C overnight, according to the Environment and Climate Change Canada forecast. The UV index is 8 or very high.
Tuesday kicks off June with sunny skies that are expected to become mixed near noon as a southwest wind at 20 km/h gusting to 40 becomes light. The forecast high is 27 C and the low is 13 C with cloudy periods.
Mixed skies with a high of 27 C and low of 15 C are predicted for Wednesday.
Thursday is expected to be cloudy with a 60 per cent chance of showers day and night, high of 23 C and low of 16 C.
A mix of sun and cloud takes us into the weekend with highs of 26 C Friday and 28 C Saturday and lows of 17 C both nights.
There’s a 30 per cent chance of showers Sunday with mixed skies and a forecast high of 29 C.
“Normals” for this time of year are highs of 22 C and lows of 11 C.
Sunrise is at 5:18 a.m. and sunset is at 8:42 p.m.
